By accessing or purchasing from Antibiker Bike Club (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.

1. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian permission to use this site and make purchases. You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Products & Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Modify product descriptions, pricing, or images without notice

Product images and descriptions are for general reference only. Variations in color, texture, distressing, print placement, or fit are intentional and not defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • The information provided is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4. All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a final-sale item and waive any right to dispute this policy.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • Shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Delivery confirmation constitutes successful fulfillment.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Antibiker Bike Club, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Fit or preference

  • Shipping delays or damage

  • Failure to review policies or product descriptions

Any chargebacks filed in violation of these Terms will be disputed with supporting documentation. Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent refusal of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and product designs—is the exclusive property of Antibiker Bike Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antibiker Bike Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of this site

  • Purchase or use of products

  • Shipping issues

  • Inability to use products as expected

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Antibiker Bike Club from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of any law or third-party rights
