Antibiker Bike Club operates under a strict no-return, no-refund policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds for any reason, at any time.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a final-sale item

  • You waive any right to return, exchange, or request a refund

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted

Shipping, Loss & Damage Disclaimer

  • Antibiker Bike Club assumes no liability for items lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during shipping or after delivery.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

  • Any shipping-related claims must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for damage, wear, misuse, improper care, laundering, storage, or alterations after delivery.

  • Variations in color, print placement, distressing, texture, or fit are intentional characteristics and do not constitute defects.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason including, but not limited to:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Sizing or fit issues

    • Shipping delays or carrier errors

    • Transit damage

    • Failure to review product descriptions or policies

  • Any chargeback filed in violation of this policy will be actively disputed with payment processors using order records, tracking confirmation, and this policy as evidence.

  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order blacklisting and refusal of future service.

Policy Enforcement

  • This policy applies to every order, without exception.

  • Checkout completion constitutes full legal acceptance of this policy.

  • Failure to read this policy does not exempt a customer from its terms.
