Shipping Policy — Antibiker Bike Club

By placing an order with Antibiker Bike Club (“we,” “us,” “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

  • Processing times vary by product and are separate from shipping times.

  • Estimated processing and shipping timelines are not guarantees.

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, address errors, or policy violations.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via third-party carriers selected at our discretion.

  • Carrier selection, shipping method, and routing are not customizable unless explicitly stated.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, fulfillment is considered complete.


Risk of Loss

  • All risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

  • Antibiker Bike Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of successful delivery.


Shipping Delays

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, labor issues, or other events outside our control are not grounds for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates.


Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or reshipped.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Any claims for loss, theft, or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • We do not replace or refund orders affected by carrier-related issues.

  • Optional shipping insurance, if offered at checkout, is the customer’s responsibility to select.


International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or refusals by customs authorities.

  • International shipments are final sale and non-returnable.


Split Shipments

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages.

  • Separate tracking numbers may be provided.

  • Partial delivery does not constitute a missing order.


Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute related to shipping delays, carrier errors, or delivery confirmation.

  • Any shipping-related chargebacks will be disputed using carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, and this policy.


Policy Acceptance

  • This Shipping Policy applies to all orders without exception.

  • Completing checkout constitutes full acceptance of this policy.

  • Failure to read this policy does not exempt the customer from its terms.
