By placing an order with Antibiker Bike Club (“we,” “us,” “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms.
Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

Estimated processing and shipping timelines are not guarantees.
We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or refuse orders due to suspected fraud, address errors, or policy violations.
Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers selected at our discretion.

Carrier selection, shipping method, and routing are not customizable unless explicitly stated.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, fulfillment is considered complete.
Risk of Loss

All risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Antibiker Bike Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of successful delivery.
Shipping Delays

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, labor issues, or other events outside our control are not grounds for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be refunded or reshipped.

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Any claims for loss, theft, or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

We do not replace or refund orders affected by carrier-related issues.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

Split Shipments

By placing an order, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute related to shipping delays, carrier errors, or delivery confirmation.

Any shipping-related chargebacks will be disputed using carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, and this policy.
